Vivo Dancesport Center is divided into two parts, our Grand Ballroom and Banquet Room.
Our Banquet Room can accommodate up to 200 people depending upon seating arrangements.

For most of the day, our Banquet Room serves as a second ballroom for group classes and private lessons. The Banquet Room, therefore, comes with an incredible, floating, dance floor to make every party go with a "swing". In addition to that, the Banquet Room also comes with "state of the art" Bose speakers and disco lighting, plus we can also provide a D.J. and bar staff if necessary.		 Banquet Room

Vivo Dancesport Center has held countless banquets over eight years and has bulit up excellent relationships with extremely competent caterers, rental suppliers and florists. Of course we would be very happy to put you in touch with them and ensure that your party is a tremendous success.
Ballroom Dancers Finally, Vivo Dancesport Center is the leading competitive dance studio in the Los Angeles area and has several of the country's finest couples who would be delighted to thrill your guests with a dazzling performance. Contact Agreement Statement

Reservation must be confirmed with $300 Non-refundable deposit. (This deposit will be returned approximately 5 working days after the date of party if the condition of the facility is returned to its original.) Balance due is no later than 7 days prior to the party date. The maximum capacity of the room is 200 people.

If renters are planning to have alcohol, renters must;
- Hire the security guards (1 security guard for each 100 attending guests).
- Deposit $600 to make the reservation
- Need to pay $250 for the alcohol surcharge

Renters will have 1 hour to clean the facility and return it to its original state after the party. Additional time will be charged $30 per 15 minutes. Banquet room must be restored to the original condition before the renters leave the facility.
- Rearrange all chairs and tables back to their original placement
- Tables must be free of debris and grease of any kind; floor must be free of debris
- Kitchen must be restored to original condition
- Carpet must be vacuumed

Failure to follow these rules will result in additional charges. Renters of the Banquet facility will also be responsible for any damage or theft of Vivo property during the party. It will be the responsibility of the renters to control and supervise any children who attend the party.
